will this work i took a little peace of sponge put the seed in it got a little bowl and put water tell half of the spong was in the water will this work? because iv had the seeds in water for almost 2 days

Why don't you just use the paper towel method?

Its the easiest.

Im sure it would, just try it. but if you have good seeds just use a proven method. Why dont you get some old seeds and try it and lets us no. Its only 2-3 days...

Seeds will sprout anywhere as longas its moist the sponge could be an issue as thew roots grab it and you wont be able to seperate it. Once a seed pops the roots move fast

Wooot it worked 1 out of 2 seeds sprouted with spong and lil bowl in dark place took about 2 1/2 days to staert but it opened up

what do you mean a journal?

if they've been soaking in a cup of water for two days, they're probably waterlogged, and will either not sprout at all or will germinate and grow very very slow

p.t.m. works every time place seeds on papertowel, then wet place onto a plate and leave ontop of pc or cable box or airing closet temp about 70/80. in them. places.then leave a cheack once a day until u see a taproot. this met. allways works
