Ok, well I've made one of the most common newb errors but I know it's not to late to remedy the situation.. So if anyone can help me out, I and my babies would be eternally greatful!!

Well my seeds arrived last thurs. or fri.. I had my box/light/vents up and ready to grow.. Decided to place my seeds to germ on Sun. night.. Well to my surprise the seeds cracked within 24 hrs!!

Now the problem is I didnt have any soil to plant in. On top of that I didnt have enough cash to buy Fox Farm Starting Soil or Light Warrior like I wanted. So I went to Home Depot and guess what the only type of seedling starting soil they carried?? Yup, you guessed it, Miracle Grow!!!

So I had to plant in the MG.. Well now my question is:

I know I need to get them outta that soil ASAP.. I should be able to pick up some Fox Farms soil this weekend.. How should I go about transplanting them at such an early stage with out shocking them to death?? Should I just wait and hope the MG doesn't nute burn them to death??

The MG Seed Starting Soil isn't too bad. You can probably leave them in that for the first few weeks then get some FFOF.

If your plant is young and it hasn't really had a chance to root itself you can transplant no prob.......just be careful.....break up the soil carefully and handle the seedling delicately......there is chance it may wilt if you are not careful....goodluck....
