Exclamation my leaves are starting to curl

my third set of leaves on 2 of my plants are starting to curl up and get spots on them should i reduce the about of nutrients or what should i do help plz thanks

A pic would be nice. Also you only need one thread. Just be patient for people to answer. Try using straight water and see if it gets better. Its hard to tell without a pic.
