I don't know what happened to the IQ's of some of the posters on here but I find it disturbing that they cant remember the first rule, If it is illegal where you live then the first rule is. If you cant do the time don't do the crime.
I know there are lots of laws in this country and some of them suck if you dont like the laws where you live either change them or move to a place where what you want to do is legal.

SNAP!! Just snapped my fingers, all laws are now changed. If you are caught with less than a pound it is a felony, if caught having a pound or more, you are free to go. Oh shit!!! I better get to growing, I am already guilty of a felony under my own law.

yup, its the shit living in the east bay.

cops all the way from oakland to hayward dont give a shit about weed. my friends and i actually got caught with a bong at a park last night around midnight and he just told us to leave. ive been in a few encounters with cops in the past year and none of them have done anything.

alameda cops suck, though. dont run into them.

DUDE i think your the one with an IQ problem. How does ignoring the law make me or anyone else any less smart. Some of us dont like the MAN controling what plants we have in our garden. Keep your offensive opinions to yourself.
