Yellow spots, and brown tips

this problem seems to be happening on many of the leaves on my plant, which is female by the way, 6 weeks into flowering. the yellow spots are distinct and cover patches of the leaves, which then start to spread. what could this problem be, and how can i solve it??? thanks
