Fried X-tra Green Tomatoes

Ingredients:
3 Green Tomatoes (Thick Sliced)
2 cups Canna-flour (1/2 oz. Leaves or 1/4 oz. bud ground in flour)
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups granulated pretzels
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Black pepper, Garlic powder, salt, cayenne to taste
1/2 cup Canna-Oil (simmer 1/8 oz. bud or 1/4 oz. leaves in crisco and filter out residue, be careful not to burn it. LOW heat)

First you want to set up your breading area. Whisk together eggs, milk and dijon until smooth. Pour Canna-flour into a shallow dish or large plate, and the pretzel crumbs into another, you can mix your seasonings into the pretzel crumbs to taste.
Next you want to put your oil into a small saucepan and set to medium heat. After it's heated up you can take one of your tomatoes and roll it in the flour, make sure to get a good coating on it. Quickly, dip it in your egg-wash and then roll it in your pretzel breading. Fry until crispy and repeat until you're outta tomatoes. Add seasonings if needed.
Serves as many as you wanna share with!
