Default germinated seeds in soil :) finally...

wow. 17 out of 17 northern lights germinate and 16 out of 16 hash plant germinate. did it the wet towel method. it took 20 hrs. my question is i have a light system hooked up where i can run 2 or 4 or 6 t5 bulbs. each bulb 54w 6500k. how many bulbs on my freshly planted seeds in soil.

Nothing wrong with the lights you have, just make sure they don't get the babies too hot.

thats how i do it also in soil. 17 out of 17 thats real good. congrads

8 of my seedlings are comig thru. how many of my lights should i have on? 2 or 4 or 6.

hey no one seems to want to give a direct answer do they.
start with 2 for 1-2 days them bump to 4 then 6.
of course watch the heat and moisture during the first few days
of root development. congratulations on your germ rate.
i have generally had better than 90% but just experienced a 100%
failure on one strain and the only thing i can come up with is the seeds were
simply duds.
anyway good luck

thank you petrock. gheesh. what is it with people. i was very surprised at the success rate. i have the lights about 4 inches from my babies. everything good so far.

its not hard just give them enough light to start themoff then as the grow then start cranking on the light. the more the better
