Day 17 flowers look okay?
They're under a 400 watt hps. 4 Super Silver Haze clones. The last photos show how some buds that are closer to the cold air coming from the AC have pistals that have somehow atrophied. I don't know if it's from the cold or something else. The pistal tips are turning a deadish brown color and starting to point down. It could be from the anti mold anti mildew spray, serenade, that I use, combined with the AC drying them out. Both are combining to dry them out maybe?

Ya its only on the lower ones/ the closest ones to the AC vent. The upper ones look great. I never saw my other plant do this and it's almost done. It looks like death. The worst one has lost most of it's pistals and stopped growing altogether. I've been needing to get a better fan and have that pointe at the plants instead of the AC right on them like I have it. I know that much constant cold air directly on one area is not good. Plus it's not penetrating the canopy and thus not making it to the light, so I'm wasting a bunch of power cuz the compressor is almost constantly turning on...ope, there it goes again. I'm pretty sure it's the AC because I use plenty of preventative measures to stop problems before they occur. I've been unwilling to spend more money lately but I just need to buy the stupid fan. But thx. How do the good buds look for 18 days? I'm super noob but I think everything looks about like it should. no?

have a close look at the top buds and see if you see any yellow bannanas.
they are hard to spot as they hide in the top buds.
if you have any then your plant is hermied.

nah nothing that resembles bananas and I was really careful to make sure my tent is fully lightproof and they're clones so I'm fairly sure that's not it. What are the yellow banans though?

shown in my picture i posted.
the little yellow pods.
they are very small and are hard to spot.
they hide in between the top buds first.
look closely with a magifying glass as they are as small as pistils.
