Grow box help please!

Im currently building a grow box i couldnt get hold of a small cabinet or cupboard or wood or anything like that so i had to resort to cardboard,
i built this box from research but i would just like someone to tell me what i can improve about it to make it a good grow box also will the lights work?
and what should i do about the smell when it comes or shall i worry about that when it happens?

O and the lights are two 50w halogen spot lights
2x 80mm dc 12v fans
