Natural sunlight during the day.

Question......... Would it hurt to move my plants outside during the day from my grow room then continue the light cycle inside when the sun goes down? I heard natural sunlight is best. True?

Thats what i did years ago. The light is much brighter outside and free. Its just a pain in the ass to move them around all the time.

thats exactly what i do .... its the best thing ... saves your power ... and gets the best light and co2 it can recieve ... only problem with that is if you dont have an open spot where the sun is always on it ... you gotta check the plants every few hours to make sure its not in shade
