So I gather the consensus is it can be done but not the smartest thing.
stuff that goes on planes does get looked a bit harder but usually they are looking for things that can damage the plane in flight not for drugs, the usps does more deliveries than anybody else by far so there is the hiding in numbers theory. Aalso anything under 13oz can be mailed from any drop box provided it has enough postage make the return and the destination addresses are the same and it should get there. Private shipping usually operates their own planes, trucks, etc again probably looking for things that can damage other things in transit. Smell is your enemy there have been many good suggestions. But the basic rule of safe growing is dont tell anyone, by shipping stuff around you are getting a whole lot of people involved that you just dont need.

i have a friend on the NE coast and im down south. been planing on sending her a package soon anyway, various things. was thinking about trying to send a little bud too. i was gonna put it in a jar of home made apple butter, sealed up really well of course. maybe a good 4-5 gram bud in a 12 oz jar. along with all the other stuff i plan to send i dont see it being a problem.

on a fairly related subject, my brother did a 13 month tour in afganistan and over the course of a year i probably sent him 20+ gallons of liquor through the mail in the flat rate shipping boxes. mostly in apple and white grape juice bottles. i supported the troops! lol but one other person over there got busted for it. some dumb ass didnt seal up the bottle proper and it fucking leaked everywhere. brought heat on the whole situation for a while, had to slow down.
