I ask because the US dollar is at new lows - due to currency devaluation - thanks to the federal reserve printing money to save Goldman Sachs and other friends of Obama. If average Joe sixpack had a clue as to what's really going on there, we'd have a revolution...

Anyhow in Chicago you can get what they call "the bomb" for 330 an oz, but upon further inspection it's really not the bomb

The Bomb is either $80 an 8th, or $390 or more an oz

Sorry homes, but you, my friend, are misinformed. Obama has been in office for a very short time, and the U.S. economy -particularly the value of the dollar- has been wavering since just shortly after the invasion of Iraq. I've been going back and forth between Canada and the US since I was an infant, so this is something I've watched with some interest, especially as the U.S. ambassador warned that there would be "economic repercussions" for Canada if they did not join the "Coalition of the Willing", and those economic repercussions manifested themselves in a massive drop in value of the U.S. dollar.

Currently the US and Canadian dollars are nearly on par, with the Canadian dollar remaining less than 10% under the U.S.'s value (it actually had greater value than the USD last summer, by up to 10%). I am in Est. Ontario and pay about a dollar a liter, or in US currency $4 per gallon.
