Question tiger bloom introduced 1 week into budding

so im 1 week into budding with a 4 foot with 20-25 tops is adding tiger bloom basically a budding stimulant even though its starting to produce the white hairs going to hurt the plant or just increase how well it buds and how much i yield? what kind of difference will tiger bloom or something similar make to a plant jsut turned to bud stage?
