i hear to put you plant on a 36 hour dark period b4 you start your 12/12 cycle is that true ??? how should i start flowering with should i start flowing nutes?

people do say that, but my advise to you is to do it as natural as posible, switch your current light cycle to 12/12, in about a week to 3 weeks you will see floweiring depending on your strain
