So here is my story. I only grow for personal use and grow no more then 5 plants a year. This year I had 2 males 2 females. 1 female is not even showing flowering yet and i dont know if she even will because she is a re-veggy the other largest plant i had showed male way late in the season and my other male and female that are flowering are very small so i will only have like 1/8 - 1/4 of bud this year but that doesnt bother me because i only smoke on special holidays.

anyways. the large male that was next to my small flowering female was chopped more then 1/2 way down to allow sun light to reach the buds of the small female because they are right next to each other. (this is prob why the female is so small i stuned her growth by not spacing out) so i took the male and put it in a shed to dry for a few days.

i was playing some games and thought "hmm i think ill try some smoke" because i have not smoked in 1/2 a year. i rip a small pinch of leaves off the male plant and grind them up into a pile and smoke about 5 - 7 hits. it was still green but a little dried out and i was blowing out smoke.

then my heart started racing but i was ok with it because i know green weed does that to you. but then it got really bad and i got scared and then i got almost like an acid trip where the world was getting really weird. my skin started burning like hell like i had smoked some kind of insecticide poison and my heart was fucking tearing out my chest. i got on the computer and tried to calm down and then i swear i could feel my brain swelling inside my head like i was going to have a stroke. i was totally fucked up.

do male leaves do this to you or does this sound like someone sprayed my pot? also i couldn't make sentece like i was mental retarded and could only mumble and i couldn't use my brain at all it was totally trashed. i thought i was going to fucking die for sure but i just chilled out and after a 1/3 hour it passed very quickly.

so i go to leave to go uptown to eat and before i left i removed all the leaf from my pipe and i take a resin hit but i did not inhale i just wanted to clear out my pipe so i could smoke a new bowl sometime down the road and instintly got all the feelings of being on poison back again with out even inhaling it. my heart was tearing up and my skin burning.

for a few seconds i felt my self going blind and thought i was going to go blind but never did. it was the worst i have every been on weed and makes me not want to fucking smoke ever again is some fucking retarded with no soul is going to try to murder me.

i took the entire male plant i chopped and destroyed it and im deathly afraid to smoke the actual buds that are left from the small female. its the only weed i got and i havent smoked all year like i said and i will be super fucking pissed if some idiot sprayed it and is trying to freaking kill me. i dont understand if they found my plant why they just didnt pull it up and destroy it or put a chem on it to kill it isntead of a chem that will poison someone but leave the plant alone.

do they make test strips or test kit that test for poison like insecticides so i could test my shit and know for sure and have proof someone is trying to harm me.

i may not being doing the right thing by smoking pot once in a while but attempted murder from someone is alot worse then a joint of weed. i would hope god or karma punishes this person because i was near death. my mind even told me i was lucky to be alive. im totally afraid to smoke any of my grow at all. if they poison it again i could OD with just 1 hit.

what the fuck do i do. does this sound like poison or does it sound like a panic attack from smokeing green male weed? to me it felt like chemicals. today im feeling really better but i had to take some benzos to lower my heart rate.

it was the #1 worst experience i have ever had with weed and i have been growing/smoking small amounts for years.

Q - what the fuck do i do.

A - If it were me I would see a doctor and get some of those leaves tested. You can make up a story about how it was given to you. I would want to identify the cause of that. It could even be unrelated or only partially related to the weed, and potentially life-threatening.

Wow! I am glad to hear that you are o.k. I can't even imagine what caused this. The symptoms of insecticide poisoning include; vomiting, diarrhea, siezures, heavy tear production, and severe pain to name a few. I don't think someone is trying to poison you in this way but who knows. I suspect you were just really really high and your mind just got out of control and you panicked. As some people age weed can affect them differently. If you think your weed is tainted somehow I would not smoke it either. I don't know of any comercially available test kit for poison so...Best of luck to you my friend.

thanks for some replys guys. i have been going to the bathroom #1 & 2 alot so i think my body is flushing itself so i feel alot better but i still have this lingering poison feeling. getting the leaf tested is kinda not an option that just sounds to risky but i wish i could. i think im just going to leave it alone and look for a diff grow area much further in a remote place. its true it could be just a panic attack because it was wet male leaf and i havent smoked in like a year because i dont smoke a lot but i do love to smoke it. i enjoy it very much and it helps my nerves and anxiety and makes me feel so good. i have smoked shit mexi brick weed before that had something sprayed on it but this was 1000 x that. it was rough. im glad i lived through it but i dont know about harvesting my small female. maybe she will breed with the surrounding males and i can get sum seeds or something and just throw the bud out.

oh ya i found this test called "cholinesterase inhibitor test" you guys can google it thats where i found it. it says its a blood test and only docs can do it. its not for a home test. it tells you how bad you are poisoned by insecticide.

also if i were to have the leaf tested where do i go for that and how would you do it? has anyone on here tested their pot before?

You could not have smoked enough of that for it to be insecticide poisoning. Actually, it sounded to me like you might have been having a stroke or a seizure of some kind. That's why I would want to get checked out. Just tell them about the symptoms and don't say anything about smoking if you want.

Do you by any chance have an anxiety disorder? I've never heard of anything quite like that. I'm not saying it wasn't poison, but do you really have enemies that are out to kill you?

Really sounds like some sort of panic attack to me. Like it has been said, i too would go to the doc and describe the symptoms and dont mention the smoking.. maybe ask what would start something of that intensity...

Anyway, glad your ok man! Keep us updated this got me curious.

testing for poison, where you aren't sure what kind of poison, is very complex
even a testing lab could have trouble, they could test for common pesticides, but if it's something else, they may not be able to identify it, not without some very expensive tests anyways

ok thanks for the replys guys. i dont think anyones out to kill me. maybe some ignorant person trying to harm a pot head that is growing but went a lil over kill but i dont know. im almost totally fine now. ill post again at the end of the season and maybe toss some pix of my babies. right now the 1 foot tall female is the only one budding and they are just popcorn buds so im not going to bother with pix right now. oh and i used to have anxiety but i dont anymore and havent for a long ass time but this was deff some bad anxiety after smoking that shit.
