Overveiw of my plan to grow

So im new but I've done tons of research and want to make sure everything is right. so I'm going get 5gallon or bigger pots soil I'm not sure yet maybe soil with nutes in it with an NPK or 10-5-5 or sum thing similar or regular soil and add nutes. then my lights are going to be for veg 2-3 6500k cfls with a 2700k. than during flowering I'm going to use 3 2700k with 1 6500k. going to grow white widow or ak-48 from nirvana. grow all ten seed use the females and 1 female as a mother ill keep under 4 6500ks to take clones from I'm going to keep that in veg basically for ever so the clones will be in veg when i take them off right or should i flower it and take clones then or what i no clue about cloning. clone will be under 2 40 watt t5 or t12 not sure what they are. all the females that are in veg and flower will be in 10ft by 1-2foot box type thing I'm building in a room in the basement no one goes into that will be locked. does it all sounds right . Add all other info you think i should need or ever use in the future i need as much info as i can get i don't want to mess things up.

youre going to need a lot more lighting if youre doing more than one plant

its ganna be like 4 cfls per plant 2-3 6500ks and a 2700k during veg then 3 2700k and a 6500k per pllant during flowering

ok I misunderstood you then I thought you were saying 4 bulbs total

actually im going to grow all the female then take clones form those ones and let those clones grow then take clones from those and so on and so forth.
