Never seen a polycarbonate mirror before. This brings in a whole new topic which is cool. Mirrors, some people say mirrors are good while others are against them. TBH, I haven't a clue.

yup mylar = cheap and 97% reflective why would anyone need more? But if you must then yes chrome paint is an interesting idea but you will spend a ton on it whereas i got mylar backed wrapping paper from the dollar tree for a dollar a roll.

Maybe the white poly is the way to go. I just want something a little more durable than mylar.

oh you can get the 2mm thick mylar at the home-de-pot. That stuff is pretty formidable.

It works easy if you get the right paint

try montana, they have a very thick/reflective spray paint

I did this in a fiber board constructed grow room. I used expensive stuff "chrome engine enamel" which had real chrome in it and it was designed for high temps as well. I didn't need to use primer or any sort of undercoat. It cost me around $17 AUD. It had around the same reflectivity as mylar if not more and way more than white PVC/panda Film.
