I can't open the attachments and i have never used those light so i can't give you a definite answer. For veg you want 'cool white' or 'daylight', they should be around 6500k color temp and give off a bluish light. For flowering you want 'soft white' or 'warm white', they should be around 2700k color temp and give off a more reddish light. Idealy you should mix them but still need to emphasize more blue light for veg, and more red light for flower.

exactly what toke said. I usually follow the same criteria but using both spectrums at the same time with emphasis on the spectrum the plant needs in its particular phase of growth.
ie. veg i use 1/3rd 2700k and 2/3rds 5500-6500k, Whereas in flowering I use 1/3rd 5500-6500k and 2/3rds 2700k. Both spectrum do not need to be present at the same time for successful growth but one would have to be dense to declare that the plant could not gain added benefit from it in both stages.
