You should really read it. But basically its a guy trying to say that weed is less dangerous by far compared to alcohol and tobacco so why is it illegal. Hes going to court on the matter to try and prove his case, he got busted growing. Or thats what i got from it. He will ofc lose.

I thought it was worth reading to...

why would you think he will lose? I think he has got a strong case and may very well win... this is a caption from the article -
"The Misuse of Drugs Act is not a policy for prohibition, but of protection. It covers legislation "with respect to drugs which are being or appear likely to be misused and of which the misuse is having or appears capable of having harmful effects sufficient to constitute a social problem". And it allows for any method of control that best serves in protecting society, including healthcare, education and police intervention"

Lesson Number one; if your scared to do this, dont do this. Cuz your gonna be paranoiac all the time about getting busted and gonna make you do some weird move ... if you cant handle doing illegal stuff and risk going in jail, avoid it

true statment, but there nothing wrong with being OCD about being free and safe, these storys are not going to deture me from growing but at the same time hereing these war stories are good for everyone, with every story there is info, that is picked up that helps you on your grow. everyone should want to know the pro's and con's of there acts
