My Uncle was nailed in NY about 10 yrs ago.
2 plants just starting to bud outside
arrested for 5+ pounds- assholes weighed everything, the rootball full of dirt and all
at trail, only allowed weight of smokeable material after dried -about 15 grams
case dismissed after paying good lawyer a couple grand

There is a thread somewhere on here called 'What to do if you have to go to prison' Or something. It has a couple people who have done time but mostly a bunch of jib from others.

well we werent growing just selling.1981 ny 10lbs at airport,$40,000 to lawyer,5 yr prob. off in 3 yrs .prob. officer was a customer.1994 other end of the line Az. 90lbs in house,120,000 to lawyer,10 yrs very restrictive prob. but served in full.no jail,just $$$$$.PEACE

I'v got a story for you all - Ok, this is based in the UK but still - I think this is good news on the whole for medical marijuana use!

If this guy wins his case - it will open up the floodgates for sure ! Check it out for yourselves!
