I am a defence lawyer with a grow op case. The police find many plants that are 4 and 5 feet tall. Generally, how long would it take for the marijuana to grow this big?

in one room htere were 47 plants, 5 high pressure sodium lamps, 5 ballasts in a closet, the room was 10x15, 1 house fan with 2 3/4 exhaust fans and 1 carbon air filter.
