Down to 14 hours/ 35 minutes of light outdoors, when does flowering generally begin?

Does flowering generally begin around 13 hours of daylight or under 12?

mine was just outside and we are getting 608 sunrise and about 720 sunset which is still light about 30 before and 30 after my girl is just starting to preflower she is in woods so probably gets about 13 hrs of light. so u should be getting close. gl and happy smoking

i had a younge plant outsie and i accidentally moved it into the shade and left if there
for like 3 days
and when i looked at it there were white hairs all over the top.
i was excited about another female i brought it into my grow box
