People say different things but from what I've read (not from experience) 70% should be the highest. If your humidity becomes very low, your plants should produce more resin but then they transpire more. It's also been reported that the plants uptake of co2 is reduced. Therefore photosynthesis is slown down. I think 40-60% is a good range. Just make sure its not too high at the end of flowering because of mold. Like I said earlier, I have not experimented this myself, this is what I have gotten out of reading on this subject.
Now if your thinking humidity will switch the plant to flower, that is not the case. marijuana needs the lights to be on only for 12 hours a day in order to switch over to flowering.

You can have more humidity in veg than in flower, especially late flower. I try to keep it in the 50s for veg and the 40s for flower and if possible into the 30s for late flower.
