i have a grow in a closed closet and it seems pritty dry in there , any way of getting that up ? I am only growing by clfs cheers

First get a temp/humidity gauge at walmart for like $6 so you will know for sure. Are you in veg or flower? In flower you want humidity low, 40s or even 30s. If it's there don't raise it. When you really do want to raise humidity you can hang up wet towels in the grow area and it will increase humidity a lot.

Exactly. Both methods work perfect. I usually just throw a glass of water in there. The only reason i would chose that over a towel is becuase the whole fire thing haha.

I am on my 3rd day of 12/12 , i have temp need to get humidity ! Will wet towels not just dry reall quick and ill have to keep them demp/wet :S

okay cool beans! If ur just using cfls u shouldn't have a issue anyways. BTW how did u get it so stretched with cfls? mine come out a bush haha

Was on the window for first 4weeks after been germanated :S , only been under clfs for 4/5weeks and its my first grow!!! So god knows lol

Interested in this too.. tried the wet towel, inside a small 1.5' x 1' x1' seedling box. Only got the humidity up from 30 to 35%, before it dried out about 2 hours later. This was with a cup of water sitting around too. Anyone with a more successful idea?

try putting some open buckets/pots of water in the grow area. it will get as humid as you like.
