Hempfest this year will be at Myrtle Edwards Park August 18 & 19th. Seattle has deprioritized marijuana in a city ordinance that restricts City Prosecutors from sentencing for personal use. Police precincts are instructed to not make an arrest for any amount less than 40grams.

In other words...Hempfest 2007 = PARTY TIME!!

hemp is a strain that has hardly any THC as dude said before... It grows the same and almost all of the plant can be used... stems for fibers leaves for paper and seeds for oil and other health products... not sure what hemp buds are used for... if it was real weed could be used for smoking... and could be sold for a hell of a lot more than rope T-shirts paper or oil... why dosn't the government or tobacoo company see this???

I dont know who all here lives in Seattle, but I live in the area and will be going this weekend. The cops dont care if you smoke but dont stand in front of them and blow smoke in their face..
