cops are sooo stupid, how do they figure 100 plants would be worth $100,000? they just say that shit to make the situation look bad to the general public.. there's no way you're pullin off $100,000 worth of pot off 100 plants

Police do that for their own benefit.

They will get a bigger budget if they show they are actually doing something.

I find it funny, that on those (1,400) 1 foot plants, they say each plant is worth $1,000. They value them like they are fully grown and ripe.

Well, if you pulled a couple ounces off each plant, you could sell each ounce for somewhere around 300 dollars. Even if you went as low as 250, as long as its not shit weed. I still think that there numbers are wrong, because i grow that large probally isnt high quality bud, but who knows.

in my area in Massachusetts there have also been an extremely high amount of busts this year, and normally there are few to none. I don't know if it is increased surveillence but me and a few friends have a sinking feeling that there may be some new piece of technology in use. It has me very worried for my plants

Yeah from last year summer police have been kicking off many doors and in some areas been 2 raids a day. It is getting hard to get good skunk now and dealers are charging over the roof prices. Due to the shortages this will force more people into homegrowing small personal amounts. They trace people through the heat censors they have. Small personal growers are ok just big set ups they can trace as it they give out large amounts of heat. Basements are good as the censors cant penetrate as good through the ground compaired to brick walls. Also ur electricity bill is a way they can catch u if ur bill just trebles police can be informed. They use these and other methods to find big set ups dealers. When flowering when u are on 12/12 electricity companies keep records of all your use only in some countries so over a period of time they can see that u r using high consumption of energy for a 12 hour period everyday at the same time. Then they will come to ur address bring there heat censors and someone to see if they can smell anything. If they find this they will apply for a warrant and the next day they come kicking down your door and u fucked.

A friend told me a mate of his got a hydroponic set up and started to grow shit load of bonzai trees to sell. He had HPS fluorescent and halide lamps. His electricity consumption must of over trebled when he started to grow these bonzai trees. Anyway eventually the police raided his house and found rooms full of bonzai trees growing. He said that he was trying to set up a business growing and selling bonzai trees. The police left as there was nothing they could do. They really apologised and said that they made a mistake blah blah blah.
