Can someone please help me with this question. I can't seem to get a opinion on it. I am a card carrier with an exception from my doctor that I am allowed to grow up to 40 plants. I live in santa cruz but would move if i had too. Through all my research in california you are only allowed a 100 sq ft canopy space. In my experience you could grow only 1-15 plants in that space.

How heavily is this regulation enforced?

If you are a caregiver could this be per patient served?

Can someone please lead me in the right direction.

huh, that seems like a lot of plants... i am pretty sure that in ventura county you can have 12 immature plants and 6 mature plants. There are ways to become a "caregiver" and i believe you can grow more if you do.

if you were really going to push the envelope, numbering the amount of plants you are able to grow is "unconstitutional"

Move to Oregon!!!! 6 Flowering plants and 18 clones or seedlings per card. A clone or seedling is a plant that is less than 1 foot in any direction with no visible flowers. You are allowed to have 24 oz dried product usable product per card. You can run up to 4 cards at one address. It is the clearest law in the land. You can really do allot with 6 plants. To stay under my 24 oz per card limit I usually run a perpetual harvest system. so I harvest one or two plants every week or so.
