Is It a good idea to flush with fresh water between nutes?

Is It a good idea to flush plants with fresh water between nutes? I read that on a thread
on this board and was wondering what
everone else thought. I am using rockwool
so i wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not.

as long as you dont oversaturate your rockwool. bastard cubes hold loads of water.

ive got two purple power outside and mixed clay pebbles with the soil?dont know why.do they tend to retain more water,because i dont want to over do it.

he is saying feed with nutes... then the next time water with plain water.. followed by another plain water feeding.. then nutes again...

i personally did an every other time water/feed and just alternated.. but both work...
