what do i need to work on?
i do have a fan blowing in air from outside and one inside to move it around.
she is 3 weeks old.

Looks good do u know the strain? I have a few sativa plants with unknown strains... my 3 week old plant is smaller than that, so i must be doin sumthin wrong

You might need to get it closer to the light. Mow many actual watts are the bulbs?

those are CFL's..... put those lights within 2" of the plant or you'll experience lots of stretching, ur nodes will be too widely spaced out and it'll just get tall and lanky. you want a nice bushy plant. otherwise it looks like you have good amount of lights. 3 per plant is fine, and blue and red spectrum... although if you can get another blue light in it. During veg time the plants like blue light more. Once you switch they like red.

I agree with TLeom, I was about to say the same thing. It looks great, you're doing a fantastic job. The only one thing I'd recommend doing is moving it up so it's only a few inches below the lights. The CFL's won't get nearly hot enough to burn it or even really dry it out, so you can get it nice and close to give the plant optimal om nom. That encourages it to stay nice and compact and sturdy, and not get too tall, thin and reachy.

the top light is 10 uvb i heard if i get to close with that one it may destroy my plant is that true?
