Default running into some issues on day 11

i did the first 7 days with a bunch of CFLs, now i switched to my MH light and I cant keep the temps down, I am running an AC in another room(20 feet away), a huge fan in the grow room (which is the corner of a bedroom), a cracked window and my temps are at 100 degrees..

My water temps are very hot as well. I dropped a couple of ice cubes in there, not sure if that helps or not

I have an aerogarden with 5 plants and 4 plants in soil, I am running a 400 watt MH light and using entire foxfarm nute line.. Soil PH is 6.7 and aero PH is 5.4

The strain is master kush

also one of the plants in the aerogarden just fell down and collapsed.. is there any way to fix this?

temps are reaching 104 F.. Its only 80 outside.. someone help please!!

I am not sure.. I removed the reflector material (same used for car windshields) and it got a little cooler now, but not by much im at 98

Nah its producing 30,000 lumens its good energy for em , just lift it up a lil higher and put the fan blowing towards the bulb
