alrite i just wanted to know is it only uk an europe wat r gettin these kinda wattages in cfls because every american an that i here growing usin loads of 62watts and and the rest of it and obviously then more light the better but im usin 3 300watt cfls on 8 plants 900watts do u recon u could get as good a yeild as 400-600 watt hps obviously lumens come in to it aswell but ive never seen or heard of some 1 use this amount of cfls b4 on a crop as ive grown a couple crops b4 but went 4 this this time 2 see wat will happen anyone who could shed some info on this it would b great im usin 1 dual spectrum 1 blue 1 red my plants r 2 weeks into flower and coming along nicely please comment

300 watt cfls are available in my area of the U.S. , even at Home Depot. I don't use the big ones because my set up requires a very flat light area due to lack of space, and the smaller flouros can tuck up real nicely without having to worry about heat.

No, i dont think you will get results close to a 400 watt and 600 watt hps, but some might disagree I guess.

I carn't help you at all, your way ahead of me lol.
But you grow is looking great,

well do you know how many lumens a 300w cfl puts out? because all you would have to do is figure out if that is close to the number of lumens a 400w hps puts out etc.
