Unhappy 2 weeks and still not flowering

whats going on with my plant? i been force flowering for 2 weeks and still no sign of anything at all , it has alternating nodes and etc but still not showing any sign of sex what so ever. i been using my 400w mh the color is at about 4000k
but still nothing , so i changed it up and put a cfl 2700k bulb and a red bulb that runs at the same time as of now . so any advise and you can check out my other threads i have posted on here as well so that you can see. please i need help and thanks .

yes it is and nothing has happened yet with it so i dont know whats up and its already 2 feet tall . since i started using my mh it went from 6-7 inches to 2 feet in a couple weeks and its still at 2 feet since the 25th so i dont know whats going on . its been growing since april or may yo any advise

i only check on it in the day when the light is on thats about it . and its alternating so its mature and i have these things that look like stipules or something im not sure but thats what i think because they are when the inter nodes are just like where they should be on nodes

i changed it because i cant afford a hps so i got a cfl and a red bulb and a uva because they said uv bulb is good for the stalk so i got that on there to so it emits a redish orange in the whole vecinity so i dont know what to do and wondering why that is like that . any advise besides the mh ?

its in between like i have 13 bladed fan leafs as well
check my other post or my pics so you can see how they look . the pattern went from 1,3,5,7,9,10 on some ,11,13 its crazy . but i think its sativa thats what i been hearing mostly but it stop growing up at 24 inches though
