I need someone who knows and has had experience with it to tell me what the easiest way for me to grow a plant that would produce enough to get me high.

I need to know what's easier for first time Indoors or Outdoors.

And i need every item in a list of what i'll need to get it growing.

Def would be cheaper going for an outside grow but you got a limited growing season. Inside you can grow right through the year, you can set yourself up to have a perpetual crop which is always a good thing, what do you need? Holy shit where do you start. Firstly would you be using soil or hydro? What kind of budget are you on? I could tell you stuff to get that would cost you thousands! Just depends how much you are willing to spend mate.

I really dont wanna do nothing special.
Just a seed out of a batch of weed i got.
Just wanna see if i can get it to bud.
And ima use normal soil not nothing special just some normal potting soil.
Cheapest way possible.

just plant it in a pot big enough so it doesnt get root bound, and water it a bit everyday in the morning or evening but not in the heat of the day,and find a cool hiding spot for it...one seed might not sprout though it would be better if you had a bunch

yeah i plant at least 4 and just keep the best one. you'll be surprised at the quality of the bud when your done even with seeds from mids...get some cheap nutes it will be worth it

and if your growing inside go for a cfl there always best specially just to start out wiv i use 2 300watt cfl blues and i get easy 12 plants veg 4 5-6 weeks then change to red bulbs 4 flowering. but if american i here they use daylights 4 veg then cloudy 4 flowering they say walmart cheap 4 everything to get a grow going

What all would i need to do it.
I know the spot where i want to but what materials exactly would i need.
Not what would be best but i really need just to make the plants bud.

lghts, soil, nutes, if indoors some reflective sheeting not tin foil or mirrors,more seeds, grow space, timers, good ventilation, ph tester,pots,thermometre

well my suggestion would to be inside...like others have said you can grow all year..get some CFL:s and a small fan you can do it right up..but only growing one from a non fem seeds i dunno..seems like a lot of work for nothing..just because its your first time..prolly stress it to hermi..so maybe get a few going..get at least one female and trash the males..gl

dude... are you growing indoors or outdoors... this is like the laziest inquiry into something ever. you should put at least a little effort into it or you'll just suck at it anyways.

space, budget, seed/clone, hydro/soil, minimal? what are you going for.
