Not really. there is equal chance of getting caught. if someone finds it they will either take it, or report it. If it gets reported then the cops might put surveillance around the area to find out who is tending to these plants.

About 5 years ago they had a story on the news how they waited outside the grow shops and took your liscence plate down. They would pull you over if they saw anything wrong with your car. I have always driven in a car thats not mine when I go there. I have also heard about the cc thing. I havent been to tex hydro in over 10 years. The guy I buy from is cool as shit and likes my weed too. I tried his. Its ok. lol. Anyways I know he is cool.
