Default Larger Colas By Raising Lights?

So I've heard you can increase the height of your colas by slowly rasing the distance the HPS is from the top of the plant. es verdad?

I belive we can increase the size of our colas if we can simply GET WOMEN THE FUCK OFF OUR ROADS.

Interesting theory. I yield around 2.5 ounces per plant on average myself, but it all depends on the strain and your lights I guess.

i think there may be some truth to that but then you won't get the fat fat baby arm colas that you could if you left your lights as close as possible.... just depends what you want i guess. i don't know if you'd actually yield anymore.. i think they just grow up rather than out.

yeah I would keep the lights as close a possible. small fat colas are better than long skinny ones

dill, how do you get your colas so fat and tall? is it because of the lights you use? im using a 400w hps. what do you use for flowering?

i've never heard that one before. it sounds like what is meant to happen is stretching the plant by raising the lights. you don't really want your plants stretching all over the place. if you want bigger buds, use more powerful lights.

I use 1000 watt HPS and come up with these as you know:

Big Bang and White Widow grow at 72 days flowering w/ pics
