hey everybody hows it goin? i am looking to move out, and start a legit grow room operation. i am looking to spend probably around 2 grand, so i can definitely use some help.
i have had 2 grows worth of experience, and i have constantly been around other growers for...the past year or so?

any ways, i am thus far considering buying my lights from either elights.com or bghydro.com. i would buy from my local hydro shop, but it would be twice the cost. i am looking for, i guess a mh 1000 and 2 hps 1000's.

i guess i am gonna buy my nutes/soil/etc from bghydro.com. i havent shopped around much yet, but the prices seem alright and they have a good selection.

as far as seeds go, i am lloking at the following:

get your seeds from attitude seed bank. they are the fastest and the best. there is a pretty big selection

i agree with the attitude. great place to shop.
here is some basics about ventilation. probly want to get air cooled hoods if heat will be an issue.

get either conversion bulbs or dual ballasts if you want both spectrums if you don't already have the luxury.

a 600 HPS`puts 0ff 90,000+ lumens and a thousand 140,000+

so 2 600's would be a hell of a lot more lumens for 200 more watts,

and 1000bulbs.com has good deals on bulbs.


i only mention the 600's cuz i have 2 and bulbs from 1000bulbs are 33 dollars instead of 55 at my local grow store.

Damn thats crazy ACE. Im in almost the exact same position, im bout to move into a new place and im plannin on turning a whole room into a growroom and i was thinkin of spendin round 2Gs and gettin 2 1000W HPS but i havent really done much research into the supplies im gettin and where im buying them. My dad owns a Air Conditioning company so I can plenty of duct work and many other useful things i can use(like a portable AC unit ). Im so ready to get started growin some medicine!
