What would happen if you mixed in a water soluble drug, like coke, into your growing plant? Would it kill it or what?

so i guess my friend actually tried this last year, gram a week for the entire flowering process, didnt do anything.

When i get money i am going to grow a single plant, from the beginning, watering it with cokeH20. I really want to see what happens.
