My new project: imputs and improvements would be really appreciated

if you intend to keep them in that tank for the full cycle you will have to flower early. like 2-3 weeks at latest. in truth i dont really see a grow going all the way to the end in that thing. you would be MUCH better off in a small closet. although people do use PC cases which are comparable size with that. that light is no led its a floro tube, and theres probably a small ballast somewhere in the aquarium cover if thats where it came from. you would have to take the top apart find the ballast and wire it up. at current that light would work for a time. or a CFL or 2 but you are going to need more later, the more the better.

and did you cull out one of the plants? im kinda confused. i see one transplanted apparently right into the bottom of the aquarium. with some cardboard? what lights are you using now?

I'm using a 26 watt fluro and the cardboard is there to support the theomometre and hydrometre, the plant was started from seed, it's been 3 weeks since it sprouted should I start flowering ASAP? I also pinched the two small leaves in the middle, hoping they're nodes am I correct? If not will it affect its growth?

Anyone...improvements, maybe a more specific way on how to wire those fluoros..

are those recent pics? at 3 weeks they should be a bit bigger. i would let them go a bit more before flower. you shouldnt really worry with that tube. get some Y splitters and add a couple cfls. more light will make your plant happy.
