Exclamation clay pots vs. plastic pots
so wat do you guys think is better caly pots or plastic ? well i think that clay is better cause it weighs more and its good for outdoor growing so strong winds wont knock it over so i wanna hear your opinion!

I prefer clay, because it holds a minute bit of moisture. It can theoretically keep your soil moist for a longer period of time. It's stronger too so that's a plus.

I prefer plastic. Cheaper, easier to clean, don't break if dropped, much easier to store when not in use, not being pourous don't have to worry about them soaking up or retaining anything they shouldn't.

The biggest deal breaker is that after every grow I just fill a container with a bleach solution and let the pots soak in it for a several minutes each. Let them air dry and they are good to go.

wrong winds will knock it over, the plant will act like a sail and knock over no matter if its clay or not, given enough force it will.

I agree with plastic. With clay there is no idea how much moisture or nutes or whatever they are soaking up. Plus plastic is easier to clean. No pores to worry about, and such.
