Typically with raids they weigh each plant whole. NOT JUST THE BUD. That's just how they do it. Same goes for the pot that's packaged. They weigh the weed in the packages and don't take it out. So if the items were placed in glass jars they weigh it with the glass jars also. That's how they sometimes bust home growers for crazy amounts. 1 good sized mason jar is at least a pound in weight.
