trich viewing.....

so i went to radioshack and got the 60-100x illuminated microscope... tried cutting off a small piece of bud covered fan leaf to view trichs... had a very hard time telling if they were cloudy or amber or clear... just wondering what method others use that tend to work good?

sup bro, I have the same microscope. first off, ONLY use the 100x viewing, its just easier on you. I usually don't even take off any weed, you can hold it right up to the nug... then focus, and you will see what the fuss is all about. also use google images to see what they look like... cool?

the mic u got works just fine if it's the lighted one. maybe look at ur buds when the light is on an u can see better. i use it ouside in the sun light. works perfect

mine is 30x100 and I look at 30x you'll get the hang of it. keep trying when you get it dialed in you'll know it. grow 3 using it and it can still be a pain.
