Okay I have read a thread like this but I am not in the same situation as him....I ordered from attitude seeds one month ago and im confused why it still hasnt arrived! Supposably when your item is in United States in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) It has past customs so you dont have anything to worry about, because it says origin post is preparing shipment. But why hasnt it come yet??Ive read that your order should be arriveing soon after Its in ISC in new york, but yet, ive recieved nothing. I am also confused on how I ordered from attitude again one week after the first order I made and the seeds arrived 1 week after I ordered. I dont get how the second order i made a week after the first one arrived and the other didnt and yes I did use the same shipping. Well anyways heres the tracking information.

Okay now one month before I made the first attitude order, I ordered from herbiesheadshop and I checked the tracking information aswell a bit late though because I checked it after one month. And what I got from the tracking information is this.

Your item arrived in the United States in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 2:01 PM on April 8, 2009. No further information is available for this item.

They seem to be VERY similiar, and im wondering why did both shipments stop there??? Although I have resolved the conflict with herbie's because he is resending seeds(hopefully it doesnt stop again!)I have not yet seen my seeds from attitude.Now what I am asking is once it is in ISC New York is it passed customs? And if so then why has 2 of my orders stop? I have also ordered other things from ebay and the shipping was no problem they came really fast. Why did the seeds and the the things I ordered from ebay go to ISC NY, but only the legal items got through?? If it had already got past customs then how would they know whats inside if customs didnt report anything??Ive been doing some research and people are saying once in NY its past customs so you have nothing to worry about, but why is this happening if its already past it?

Well a month is a ridiculous time. I had one order stop in NYC for over 7 days. I was worried that something had happened, but my order got to me fine in the end. Have you tried communicating with Attitude about this? Also did you use their super stealth method and how large was the order. I know i used to tshirt method the first time and it got to me no problem. The second time i did the express option and thats when it got stuck in NYC. there was not stealth either. It was just in an envelope that was in another envelope and was marked as a wallet and chain.

One thing it could be is that it could be lost. Or someone working there stole it. That is very plausible. Postal workers are notorious for stealing items that they feel they can get away with, and marijuana seeds are one of those things. I mean if you were a postal worker and you somehow realized there were seeds in a package, you would know you couldnt get in trouble for taking them, because the proper owner could not file a complaint since they are illegal to purchase. IDK thats just my thinking though

hmmm...that might have happened theres a possibility, but I dont think it would happen twice :/. The shipping was normal international shipping on both my 1st and 2nd order from them(1st order was 35$ i think and 2nd was 45$)so I c no reason why only the second order came.....

I had an order from attitude that took about a month. I was a little worried also. The tracking info showed when it got to the US but then was never updated after. They just showed up one day.

I use worldwide marijuana seeds for my seeds. I was gonna order with attitude but gut feelings said no. Your order probably wasn't stealthed properly. I know it took me 5 days to get my seeds.

I have used Nirvana and the Attitude in the past couple of weeks. Nirvana's came in a Little bag with no protection so some of my seeds were smushed when I recieved them. My order from Attitude went perfect but I got the bag which was extra but I think it was worth it since I got the items in 6-7 days. The Attitude has guaranteed shipping I surely hope you purchased that if not than just let them know the problem. Nirvana is suposed to be sending me some more as well but we will see.
