10 pedal leaves?? is this weird to anyone>

this is my first grow but not my first time seeing pot grow and i have never seen a plant have 10 leaves until now. i thought it was always an odd number. anyhow i just wanted to know what people thought. it's bagseed so obviously a weird hybrid of mid-grade stuff. Another question i had is that this is 4 and a half weeks old and I'm wanted to harvest several times over the year so i'm thinkin 4 more weeks and then flower , so judging by the age and size is there a way to judge the amount of buds it will produce?? and i made the mistake of putting several plants in one pot (first grow mind you), my question is how will this affect the flowering process and if/when i have to pull the males will i get root rot by cutting the males at the base since the roots have obviously grow together??
Sorry if im confusing... but any help would totally be appriciated
