question about lighting for seedling

ok so i have a 4 day old plant. it's about a inch tall. it has its embryonic leaves and its first set of pointy leaves. I have it ouside all day in the sunny 80 degree weather. at night i was wondering to help move things along i could use a 15w aquarium light and a 17 w aquarium light just for extra help. will this do any good at all. any help will be much appreciated.

Are you talking about bringing the plant inside and using those lights as the only lighting?

no the plant is in a white styrofoam cup. im talking about having them outside during day and using the aquarium lights at night.

If your seedling has already sprouted, why would you want to give it 24 hour light like that? Give it 18/6; its what nature intended, and anything more than that at this point is a waste of electricity. IMO

BTW aquarium lights are not the best to use for lighting anyways. Use cfls if you insist on 24 hour light

im 15 dont have a job, and would be killed if caught.

how did i set it up? how is reporting me a joke? im not trying to start anything. and i'll smoke/grow if i want.(and i do want)

Dude, you should NOT be growing marijuana inside your parents home, especially if they are unaware of it. Chances are good, by the way, that they will eventually find out. Just hope its because of your carelessness, and not the cops knocking on the door. These plants, even just one, can stink up a whole room when they are flowering.

If you really insist on growing, you should really consider (for your parents sake, at least) growing completely outdoors, or waiting until you have your own place. And yes, I realize in your initial post you stated that you have the plants mostly outdoors.

its all cool. i am just getting the plant big enough to put it in woods about 15 minutes from my house. yeah i knew the plants will start smelling 'delicous' so i've been watching. my friends dad grew blueberry kush and you could smell it from there driveway when the plant was outside. i grow alot of kinds of plants so if he asks while its at my house ill say its a tomatoe or watermelon.
