How many days can my girls go without water?

I watered them on thursday and friday (alot) and ive been gone since. I probably wont be back until Tuesday to feed them again. Im using fox farms ocean forest soil which I know drains pretty fast. Thatl be 4 full days without water.

BTW its 4 blueberry, 3 white widow skunk and 1 super silver haze. All of them seem to drink alot.

Any veterans wanna give me a rough idea of what to expect? WIll they be super thirsty? Will the stress be enough to upset them? How long is too long? Hopefully this is the last time I have to worry about this since Im going Hydro from here on in.

naw man you'll be fine for 4 days im no expert but im pretty sure you'll be ok for 4 days if you gave them a real good watering...chillax

How long do you normally go between waterings? How big are your containers? How are the temps with you not being there?

They will start by dropping fan leaves as they get too dry, but will probably survive. Different strains and different life stages...lots of variables (too many to leave!)

Taking a vacation while you grow? must be nice...I have rooted ball and chains. And Stockholm Syndrome.

If you are in 3+ gallon containers and your temps are below 82 or so, you should be fine (unless they are trees). If you are in smaller containers, they will be very thirsty (if they were healthy and less than 7 weeks or so into flower)

Most of them are in 3 gallon square buckets, at least I think they are 3 gallon. Sounds like theyle be ok. As a precaution I put a pinhole in the bottom of a water bottle and put one in each pot. The plan is theyl drip evenly and buy me some time. I guess I am being overly safe, I mean some poeple only water one per week in out doors. The temps are about 72-78. and I usually water every other day.

outdoor is different, they get rain water and the ground stays wet longer than a pot does. Havn't you ever notied when you dig a deep hole the ground underneath is always dampish?

yep-in outdoors plants can get out whitouth water much longer than indoors because they can easily pick up water from the air(humidity)and from occasional rains.so be chilled, good days are here....

Just an update. I can back and they were ok. The sativa was starting to droop, and was really happy to get that water, its huge, . It also seems like the buds are more crispy and hard than before.

is that a little scooter in ur advitar lol. I work with a 3gal pot and water every 3 days, i like my roots to stretch for water but not to where its wilting. wooo.
