    I just plant them in the soil(never used RW) about 3/8" deep and water.... then in a day or three it'll break soil... I only water once every 3-4 days... I do give a squirt daily from mister, but I think thats to help me not play with something I should leave alone...
    Alway hard to just wait, but I digress... as said not too much water, that will give you grief, and no nutes till about a month..
    I give the sprout a day or so of just sun till it gets greened up a bit the under light.. check if too hot on the back of your hand... OK for hand ..OK for plant..

    just water for the 1st 3 weeks after sprouting and watering only when soil is a bit dry but not dryed out. stert feeding them nutes after the 3rd week at 1/4 strength and work up. ph every time you water and after you mix your nutes, and check the ph in the plants run out every so offten. good luck
