I am running a 6" glass covered air cooled hood so my temps are good even very close to my light. CaliGrower and others have posted light charts. With the 1000 watt they say that 9" or closer is too much light for the plants.

I am now growing Ak-47 and being sativa dominant daaaamn do they stretch! They are getting close to the light but the temps are fine. I have noticed though the buds closer to the lights have smaller hairs and smaller looking buds than those farther away.

I am wondering if the amount of light is hurting my bud development or if those buds are just going to be more compact than others?
