When does a seedling enter the vegatative stage?

I think the average grower on here starts flower at the 3-4 week mark of their grows. I normally let them go at least 4 weeks before starting 12/12

It's in veg when it pokes through.

They are now just over four weeks old. I'm using a T-5, four foot, four tube light. Heat concerns in my closet with no air conditioning. I have a tower fan at one end and two four inch computer fans rated for ninety cubic feet a minute. One for intake one for exhaust in the ceiling.

I have nine plants in a closet 2 by 5 by 8. Four THC Bombs, two Caramelicious and three very good bagseed. I should be ok after the males show themselves and I thin them out. I'm keeping the males for pollen, seperate of course from the females.

The next biggest thing I have to look forward to in my life is dying. I've lived to become a senior citizen, I hope I have learned a bit about the art of patience.

I tried to fim six of the plants, ended up taking the tops out of three. I'm trying to keep them as compact as possible. I had one growing like wildfire so I figured it would be a male and really cut the top out. I won't sacrifice light to the rest of the plants for one. The two tallest are about a foot. They are also the sparsest, I'm figuring they are males. Who knows? The rest on average are about ten inches and I have two that have really stayed compact. One is about six inches the other about five.

once it sprouts it's in veg, once the photoperiod changes to 12/12 it will induce flower.

the seedling stage generally lasts about two weeks, and this is the period in which the plant is primarily focusing on root growth (and consequently, above soil growth is relatively slow going). Though from your pictures, they are far past the seedling stage.

Once any plant has sprouted from a seed it is in veg state,it will remain in the vegative stae untill either if grown out side autum come upon us.or in most cases once the timer is changed from 18/6.unless it is a auto strain and this will flower on it's own.but that does not feed veg feed to seeds let them get going alittle before you decide to flower them i normaly let them get a foot in height.but if the plant that you have let it grow and get to 2 foot bigger if you have the time then clone them to f@ck and wait untill all the clones have rooted and are around 10cm tall then flower them all,sea of green this can be a realy good way of growing and give you maxamin yeild.
