I was just thinking about how bad it would suck to get busted and ws wondering what some of you personally do to not get caught.

and a few q's~

Do you sell your harvest?
How do you usually go about doing it? (i.e.straight out your front door?-.-)
Do you ever buy off other people or is it important to avoid these things at all cost?


Well i don't wanna buy weed anymore shady people make me paranoid..So i decided to kinda cut away from dealing with dealers..Now only me and 1 other person know bout this i dont plan to buy anymore/plan to sell ever. Just personal use..I dont wanna get rich or any of that crap..Just want some smoke for me and my buddy..What do you think the risks of getting caught are?

And if anyone has gotten/almost gotten busted plz tell your story id love to here some hands on experience. (no "my parents caught me" situations though please.)

If you are in this to turn a profit you will get caught. Maybe not right away, maybe not a year from now, but you will get caught. You will piss someone off or someone you sell to will get caught and make a bargain with the cops and name you as their supplier and you will get caught.

I have pretty much severed all connections with anyone and everything that is not a absolute dependable close friend. If anything I am a sharer. I simply refuse to sell.

Just keep your mouth shut, your head down, and mind your own business and you will be fine.

Don't think you'll get many answers for those type of questions

First and foremost, location. The location one chooses to grow can often be more than 2/3 of the reason people don't busted. Another thing that probably helps if you're in a typical indoor grow with neighbors, is DON'T STAND OUT. What this means is stuff like not cruising down the neighborhood sidewalk in a tie-dyed t-shirt with 420 on it or some other resemblance. If you choose to stand out like that, just make sure you know your neighbors, and get close enough to them that you've established a close enough bond to where even if they did know what was up, they probably wouldn't turn you in because "they know you". Also, KEEP A JOB!! Not keeping a full, or at least a part-time job will cause a small to medium grower to take unnecessary risks and grow too much and get busted.

In addition, make wise choices. Don't be an obnoxious, loud, anti-establishment type neighbor. To the average person, people with negative, self-centered attitudes DESERVE to get busted. Keep up the house, apartment, whatever. Mow the grass out front. Pull weeds. Whatever it is you need to do to fit in EVEN IF YOU CAN'T STAND IT. Also, don't get greedy! Those that choose to run shitloads of lights and draw lots of power are rolling the dice IMO, especially if the meter is spinning like a top when the meter reader comes by to take readings. In the end, go somewhat moderate and pay for the tools needed for the job. Don't cut corners! Cutting corners will get you busted. Also, all it really takes is telling the wrong person, or them SMELLING what's going on to make that happen. Take precautions to not to make either one of those mistakes. And finally, if you live in a state where laws have passed that allow for medicinal use, get your card. It has to probably irritate the fuck out of local PD when somebody is growing and actually stays within the legal confines of the law. Piss them off! Don't let your grow op be the story they laugh about over the dinner table while Daddy's ignorant ego gets stroked by the rest of the family. Hope that helps a little.

No i dont walk around lookin like a hippy i dress in normal cloths...jeans/t-shirts/hoodies etc. (aeropostale/american eagle/hollister etc. not band shirts/drug related shirts) . i have hair on the long side but its not dirty and shit i lived where i live for 19 years now...my nieghbor thats connected to me does pills/herion(i dont associate with him) and my other neighbors im cool wit.

My house is kinda crappy looking.its old and was never finished on the outside and a few of the front steps need to be re-cemented..does this matter?

If someone were to call a health inspector on someone (my house aint that bad but my friends is worse then mine and i plan on givin him some clones eventually i dont want him riskin it though if his/my house lookin crappy is gonna get him/me caught..our neighbor hood is mostly retired old rich people and strugling families. (its not a ghetto...but we aint snobs) but what do health inspectors do when they come to your house? Is there a warning b4 they would come? do they search and look at every place in your house? (this isnt smething im to worried about i just want to be safe and have as many as possible bad situations figured out b4 hand.)

Lol. It's classic hearing the brand names of your clothes dude. As far as keeping up the place in your situation, I guess with a pill-popping heroin addict next door it doesn't really matter. You say "it's not a ghetto, but we're not snobs". How does your pill-popping heroin addict neighbor fit into that exactly? My guess is he's not doing too much yardwork. Lol. My main point is, DON'T STAND OUT. Whatever your environment is, just fit in. If the environment is a ghetto though, GTFO! Contribute more to society than consumption, weed, and opinion. IMHO, if you stick to that general rule, you should be ok for a very long time.

I agree, the two main things that will keep your ass out of jail are, dont stand out and dont tell a living soul that you are growing. I dont care how much you trust them, people tend to not be able to keep a good juicy secret.

3 can keep a secret if 2 are dead in my opinion you already fucked up bringing in someone else unless you are medical and legit in that case judt don't rub it in the local pd face and even so don't show a soul its hard to get a warrent without someone actually seeing it all else is hearsay
