they must make up the 1% if you're talking state bound, then you need to know that many people (east coast) harvest their cash crops at four weeks into flower.

MY point is that these people DO have the genetics for good crops, they just don't give a shit, and the product is crap. grow the beans and you'll get something better, strictly because you're taking the time to grow it right.

I can't vouch for the americans, but people here grow cannabis for different reasons, seeds being one of them, sensimilla being another.
I do beleive seeds can be more commercially valuable than sensi buds.

I rarely get bags with seeds in them, unless its like a dime bag from the kid on the corner.

Im just now getting into growing for the first time, and learning a lot of things I didnt know before. It was always my impression that the brown frown / shwag (giant stems and seeds) was just weed that was allowed to grow wild without any pruning or removing of males / hermies. Then after a few months, a team illegals is probably paid $5 to harvest it and vacuum seal it. Now that im doing it myself tho, I wonder why anyone ever bothers with growing anything less than dank, but I guess there is a market for all of it.

I've only gotten seeds in bags of good stuff maybe 2 or 3 times, in my 9 years of smoking my own bags.

The seeds will not be in the bud unless the female plant has been pollenated my a male plant.
Most good growers will remove the males hence no seeds.
If you want seeds you just pollenate on purpose.
